Ash Joshi is Founder and President of Capital Realty Solutions, Inc., a firm he established in 2007.   While specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the industrial, retail and office sectors, Mr. Joshi is not simply a broker.  As an investor in property himself, he brings an owner’s perspective to each transaction that greatly assists his clients as to the realities of market conditions.   These clients range from owner users to individual investors, corporations, developers and family trusts.  Significantly, this background provides Mr. Joshi with a keen understanding of rates of return, rental upside and acceptable building uses so crucial to savvy investors, as an example.

Moreover, Mr. Joshi contributes more than real estate expertise to his profession which, once more, benefits his clients.  Prior to entering real estate, he was a successful Precious Metals Commodity Trader with the merchant bank Drexel Burnham Lambert in London, United Kingdom, a background that further expands his consulting value.  Mr. Joshi earned his Bachelor of Science degree in the United Kingdom, graduating with Honors in Applied Economics.

Active in professional affairs, Mr. Joshi is a member of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association, the leading organization serving the brokerage community.

Priding himself on providing quick response to his clients’ needs wherever that may lead him, Mr. Joshi possesses a Private Pilot’s license, issued by the Federal Aviation Administration, which he notes dramatically increases his geographic outreach and responsiveness for his clients.

A resident of Los Angeles since 1995, Mr. Joshi is married with two children.
